Banana Protein Pancakes (from a friend’s wife)

Half a mashed banana, 1 Tb of almond milk (or whatever kind of milk you want) mix together, add 1/4 cup of egg whites, 1 Tb cinnamon, 1 scoop protein powder (I used a vegan chocolate protein). Makes about 3 small pancakes good for one person. Cook like regular pancakes, or use a waffle maker. Top with blueberries, banana or whatever you want sometimes I use unsweetened shredded coconut or crushed walnuts, you can add maple syrup but you don't need to
