  • Mike's Gym Checklist: Do they allow Chalk? Do they allow deadlifts? Do they have some type of noise alarm? Do they have more barbells than treadmills? Cost is important, but remember, the gym and your body/health are an investment. Get around people who will help/push you and make you better.


The Struggle: (obstacles to overcome in the month ahead)

  • Clay: Lack of consistent sleep leads to late night snacking leads to stubborn weight loss

  • Mike: Just getting over a cold I've had for 10 days. Eating enough to gain muscle hasn’t happened and my appetite has been a struggle.

  • Geoff: Time management (still)

  • Darren: Losing the 15 lbs I gained over the last 3 months because of surgery and then injury.
